AW-greed or creed!

Hw arsenal hv managed to stay in the top 4 is baffling to say the least. Injuries to star players - rosicky, eduardo n fab(nt as serious as the aforementioned), a mediocre midfield at best and to top it all - tantrums from the captain himself (tht gallas interview was a dagger to the heart of gunner fans). Nt many clubs wud hv recovered from tht. Bt it was the inspired signing of russian whiz arshavin n the mesmerising van persie (yes the othr dutch man of glass!) tht salvaged the season fr the gunners. Even the most ardent arsenal fans wud agree tht another lackadaisical season wud perhaps push thm outta the top 4 given the prominence of everton and the moneyfied mancunians.
Arsene Wenger is without doubt one of the most shrewd footballing brains in world football. Bt his reluctance to buy a strongman in the center of the park is difficult to swallow. Its nt like the diabys n the songs r setting the footballing stage on fire n they hv been given ample opportunities to showcase their talent (watevr lil they actually hv). Felipe Melo would hv been a pefect fit fr arsenal. Gareth Barry, the tenacious england international wud hv been a delightful foil fr fab. the xcuse given fr nt signing these players - the very cliched 'we are a selling club'! well mr. wenger, care to let the gunner fans know abt hw much wage u earn? Mr. Wenger is the best paid manager in the world today. Is it just me or doesnt tht sound a wee bit hypocritical?
There's nt much time left in the transfer market nw n most of the bargain buys hv already been tapped up. tym fr wenger to pull one out of his hat. atleast he cant blame lack of funds given the windfall frm the sale of tht greedy twit adebayor who had the audacity to compare himself to king henry last season...the nerve!! the ball's in ur court AW...
